In 1900 George Burke opened up his own blacksmith shop called Burkes Blacksmith. Shortly after he opened his business Luke Kehoe opened his implement building right next door. These 2 businesses were the first residents of the now Bricks building.
The building was later purchased and turned into a punch press factory called Time Screw. The made things such as little banks shaped like mail boxes.
In 1967 the building was purchased by Klabert " Frenchie" Fosse who owned Cherry Valley Tool and Machine which originally started in the Cattle and Cream building.
It then went on to become the ACME screw factory in the 1980s. The factory was one of the longest residents in the building.
We purchased the building at the beginning on 2021 and began demolition shortly after. We had our Grand Opening in July 2022, along with several of our retail shops.
Please note there are still suites available!
